- All abstracts will be evaluated and the best 96 will be presented orally. Each presentation will last 10 minutes and will be followed by 15 minutes discussion for a group of four presentations in a session.
- POWER POINT - DATA LCD PROJECTOR: You should check your equipment (you can use only CD or USB flash memory) with the authorized personnel, the day before or 30 at least minutes before your presentation. For preparation and check up a technical room next to the Congress halls will be provided.
- Poster size of each poster: height 80 cm x width 80 cm.
- Posters must be placed before 8:00 and removed after 19:00 hours on the day of presentation.
- Special attention to posters will be given in the early afternoon during lunch-time. During that time, posters should be attended by the Authors. There will be 3 minutes discussion with the author(s). Authors must be registered.
Best Oral and Poster presentations will be awarded.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the Congress. Plenary lectures and Key note Speeches presentations will be published as extended abstracts (3000 characters, no spaces). Extended abstracts must be received by June 15th, 2007 (see details at "Instruction for Authors").
During the Congress an Industrial Exhibition will take place. Medical technology and pharmaceutical companies, are expected to take part in the Congress as exhibitors. Adequate space has been reserved for exhibitors to display the latest advances in medical and associated technology. Pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of technical equipment and software, as well as publishers of scientific books are invited to display their products. A commercial exhibition will operate from Wednesday, September 10th, 16.00h, through Saturday, October 13th, 18.00h. Access is free to registered participants.

A certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants. The Organizing Committee and the Council have applied for accreditation by The Doctor’s Chamber of R. Macedonia which shall allow participants to validate the credits gained at the Congress .
