Language:
The official language is Macedonian and English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
Badges:
All registered participants will receive a personalized badge when collecting registration documents. This badge must be clearly visible at all the times and grants access to the Scientific Sessions and the Industrial Exhibition.

Letter of Invitation:
On request, the Executive Organizer will be pleased to send letters of invitation to the delegates. This letter, however, does not constitute any commitment by the Organizers to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs.
Weather:
The weather in early October in Ohrid is usually sunny and warm during day and cool during night. It is recomended warmer clothes.

Participation is open to all interested doctors in R. Macedonia or from abroad. Each participant must complete a separate form.

Invitation to Industry
The success of the 17th Congress of Doctors of R. Macedonia depends very much on the generosity of corporate sponsors, and support from your Company would be much appreciated. Please look into the various opportunities that exist in our Invitation to Industry to support the Congress, particularly individual events, including coffee breaks, welcoming cocktail party, the social dinner, and more. Also, you can present your Company during the accompanying Industry exhibition.
Exhibition
Due to limited space exhibition stands will be made available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Refreshments and coffee will be served in the exhibition area. We expect the participants to visit the exhibiting hall during all coffee breaks and probably during lunch-time. The Exhibition will be open the whole working time of the Congress.
